What stays on your computer
Trade Commander, Fan-Out, Caddie and the Scorecard run inside NinjaTrader on your own computer. Your trade journal, your settings, your notes and your chart data stay there. We never receive your account numbers, your broker login or your orders.
What goes through our relay
If you enter a license key, the Scorecard's coach and session summaries use Claude, made by Anthropic, through our relay on Cloudflare. For each request the relay:
- checks that your license key is active;
- counts your monthly allowance, stored against a one-way scramble (a hash) of your key, never the key itself;
- passes your question and the de-identified trade statistics to Anthropic, and hands the answer back.
The statistics are times, sessions, sides, sizes, P&L, hold times and any setup labels you tagged. They never include your exact entry and exit prices. Your written notes are sent only if you turn on "share with coach". The relay does not keep your questions, your journal or Claude's answers.
The Flow: live heart rate
Live heart rate goes from your strap to the Scorecard in your browser and on to Caddie on your own computer. It never leaves your PC.
The Flow: your WHOOP data
The Flow is optional and off until you connect it. If you connect your WHOOP:
- What we read: your daily recovery score, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep and day strain. Nothing else.
- What we store: only your WHOOP login, encrypted with a key made from your own license key, so it can't be read without your key. We never store a recovery, sleep or heart-rate number.
- How it's used: each time you open the Scorecard, the relay fetches your recent days from WHOOP, turns them into one summary line per day and hands them to your Scorecard. If you use the coach, those daily lines go to Claude with your trade statistics.
- Stopping it: click "Disconnect WHOOP" in the Scorecard and the stored login is deleted. You can also remove access from your WHOOP account.
The Flow shows patterns between your body data and your trading. It is not medical advice and doesn't diagnose anything.
Who else handles data
- Cloudflare hosts the relay.
- Netlify hosts this website, and Google Fonts serves its typefaces.
- Anthropic runs Claude, the model behind the coach.
- WHOOP provides your data, only if you connect it.
- Discord hosts our community server.
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your data for advertising. This site sets no analytics cookies.
